The prime Rush slice of the Sutton Place Hotel is still dark and clubby but added to the mix are red sconces, fisheye mirrors and a wall of cubby holes displaying colorfully lit Mexican figurines and other artifacts. The bar touts an impressive array of spirits, with more than 100 tequilas. The kitchen puts out agreeable-to-great Mexican food, like rich steak, bacon and chorizo skewers and wood-fired enchiladas.
