Very Good Location, upgraded rooms are great!. I stayed here 5 years ago for business and I like the hotel then because of the price and location. I was suprised to hear all of the upgrades they had made and was curious to see. I was def. happy! Rooms have flat screens and best of all my fav. soaps and shampoos, L'Occitane! lobby is very european and boutiquish, if that is a word! I will def. stay again, but this time when there is better weather! front desk, was very helpful in extending my stay when the plane was delayed.

Great North Michigan location & classy but affordable atmosphere, helpful valets. This boutique hotel is convenient and comfortable at an affordable price. The location on North Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile) is unbeatable. As a guest of the hotel, you are within a block of Water Tower, Oak street beach, the Hancock, Rush St, American Girl Store, etc. The doormen and valets are friendly and helpful. For a small tip, they watched my car for me after checkout so that I could run an errand.

This year they will be adding outdoor dining to a patio. This will add to the romance and charm during the summer months.

Great customer service, Amazing value. Traveling for work is something I normally don?t look forward to. However, after staying at this hotel, I am looking forward to my next trip to Chicago. I usually stay down the street at the Whitehall, but thought I would try something new. I?m glad I did. This hotel masterfully blends a hip atmosphere with old world quiet and comfort. The staff couldn?t be nicer, always welcomeing me back when I returned, or wishing me a good morning. It made my stay seem like a home away from home. There business center was top notch, and even had space for my conference calls after I checked out. I also have to say thank you to Darren at the Concierge desk for taking care of my travel details so that I had a smooth flight home. Bravo Raffaello!

Editorial Review. Four-star luxury hotel invites guests to pamper in upscale ammenities like massage and manicure treatments while taking a break from sightseeing.

Fantastic Location and great service!. This was a first for me to stay in a boutique hotel. I usually stay at the ritz or four seasons, but I wanted to try something new and I am glad I did! We can in this past weekend for the city of lights festival. The location was great for the festival and the staff (Bellman were great!) were very kind and friendly in letting us know where to go. Lobby is beautiful. The beds were super comfortable, I tried buying one! Showerheads were delightful. Valet was expensive, but then again all parking is expensive in Chicago! I will definitely stay at this hotel from now on in Chicago.
