I have been a part of D3 for 2 months and have lost 15lbs. This class will help you regain strength, endurance and will make you look damn good, if you stick to it. This class is not easy but nothing is. Dre is a great instructor and so are the other "Drill Divas". The members push each other to meet their fitness goals. I never commit to gyms, but I am committed to D3.

In the begining you are a Newbie and after your 5th class you become a D3 Diva. You will be hooked after the 4th class. Trust!!! Everything about this class is wonderful. I really get a total body workout. I thought every class was going to be like a routine. No!! Something different every time. Every session brings something new for you to learn. I get really excited when it's time to go. I look forward to her classes. I am around other motivated women that want to be in shape for life. This is one thing that I love. I also love the fact that ,SHE DO NOT PLAY. She is really serious about what she do and it truely shows. Dre is very committed in helping you reach your goals and she has a very committed team behind her

Cons: You have to paid for your own T-Shirts. 1st shirt should be free. A fee should be charged for additional shirts thereafter.

Unlike any other, D3 gives that feel of affordable personal training combined with total body fitness. I must admit the D3 family has been amazing and very supportive to changing lives, I've tried Bally's and Curve's and I can truly say that I have never seen such a change, and I have never been so commited to changing until joining D3 (They really push you hard). D3 truly cares about changing your lifestyle (and not just taking your money), it's affordable, and WELL WORTH IT!!!!

Dre is Da Bomb Diggity! She is not playing. It is a mixture of Circuit Training, Strength Training, Flexibility, Endurance, Cardio and Abs all wrapped up together. I have only been a member for two weeks and my husband has noticed a changed in my shape immediately. She works a sista out now so if you are not serious don't even waste yo time! DRE is doing the dang thang and doing it well! Go DRE!

Dre is serious about her business and don't get it twisted just because she's a women doesn't mean she can't put a man to work in the Dome. I suggest you come in ego out the way and pace yourself ,but be ready to go to WORK!! Keep doing your thing Dre the Dome is a blessing. G.I.L.T.Y

Pros: The Team,The workouts are changing not always the same stuff.

Dre is DA BOMB! I have worked out for a millioin years, only to find myself unmotivated at the gym, tired of paying a trainer way too much money and irritated so I stopped. But with Dre you work out with women/men who are all committed to their fitness goals and with a great motivator like Dre, you can't go wrong. She is a Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde - sweet as she can be but she will push you to the limit of your goals and ensure that you are meeting them. Don't come in here thinking this is some weak boot camp -- guys I am talking to you--she will have you do things you thought you could never do! This business come from her heart and it shows in everything she does--from the site itself which is awesome, to the price(which is equally awesome) to the people you encounter who all work together as a team to get the best workout possible. In a word - D3 is fabulous! Join us!

Pros: Excellent price, workout is excellent, parking available, great hours every day of the week

All I can say is WOW!!!! D3: Dre's Diesel Dome, LLC is fantastic. I don't usually like to work out but Dre's bootcamp is fun and different every session. I look forward to going to class even though I am certain that it will be painful. I was always told "no pain no gain". I know the workout is going to push me past what I thought I could do. The group of people that I work out with are so supportive and I don't have to worry what anyone will think of me. The best thing is that D3 is so affordable for the quality and quantity that you receive. I would rather be a bootcamp Diva than join a gym anyday (and trust me I have joined a few). If you have a made up mind, want meet new people from all fitness levels, reach your fitness goals, and have the best trainer in Chicago........I strongly recommend that you come and experience Dre at D3:Dre's Diesel Dome. You will not regret it...it will change your life.

Pros: Ample parking and it is free, membership is flexible and very affordable, services fit your personal needs

Dre's Diesel Dome is the best thing going! Dre knows what she is doing! If you are SERIOUS about changing your life and getting fit... this is the ONLY place to be.

If you are looking to just join a gym, D3 is not for you! This Boot Camp Class is the most motivating, energizing, and intense, yet fun class I have ever joined. Dre and her trainers hold us accountable to coming to our sessions and pushing us to our limits every class. This experience is different from any gym, because you truly bond with your boot camp mates and you encourage each other to finish the work out. So, if you want to have fun while getting into "Killer Shape" JOIN D3! (And it is Affordable)

I have been taking Dre's Diesel Dome boot camp classes since May and I have lost 8 pounds and gained 5 pounds of muscle and am now in the best shape of my life! In addition to the physical benefits, I have gained more self confidence and look forward to class. Dre's class is supportive, beneficial to all that take it and a great time. I have also made friends that encourage me to work towards my goals. This is the hardest but most rewarding class you could ever take!
