Poor customer service!

Upscale neighborhood? Hi-end fashion? Helpful sales associates?? While shopping in BCBG this week I left my phone in the fitting room. I promptly called and was informed that my sales associate had recovered my phone as I was walking out. However, I was not informed that pieces to my phone pad had been picked off my phone... Horrible sales associates!!! Im glad it was just my phone that I left behind... Unreliable customer service for sure!

There's no question that this end of Damen wields some label power, and this Bucktown boutique only strengthens the neighborhood's fashionista cache. Essentials such as modern-styled work suits hang in a studio-like space alongside silk blouses and little black dresses, but there's plenty for the flirty dresser as well, especially in the cocktail and gown section at the rear. Dramatic jersey gowns, micro minis and cocktails embellished with sequins and feathers scream fun.
