Tech Genius is indeed an apt name to describe your technician. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and provided exemplary service. The tech guy was amazing! He sorted out my slow running PC. Those ANNOYING error messages have gone. I got my PC fixed without going anywhere and that is invaluable.
