User Reviews for The Chicago Body Works

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

To all users of the chiropractic arts: There are some fool doctors out there so when you run across a good one, you gotta talk about it! Dr Halliday is one of the good ones ---- caring and attentive, great touch, and good advice which he calls "active care" or "my homework". They don't push you through like herds of cattle and seem to genuinely have your optimal health as their priority. High marks..

Pros: parking beside building, really nice atmosphere, spring water and tea!

Cons: 5 minutes off the Southport Brown Line (I'm lazy and hate walking)

The Halliday's have consistently delivered top quality chiropractic and massage care since I discovered them years ago. Their "combo" approach of massage and chiropractic care in the same visit gets results I've not found elsewhere. Not to mention the spa/office feel of The Chicago Body Works which is both professional and beautiful at once. Good luck to you both and thank you for the years of pain-free living!

Put my back out while sailing, googled a chiropractor, found The Chicago Body Works and Dr. Halliday, the rest is history. Really good at what he does and a nice bloke, too.

The reviews were true...Doctor Haliday is really good and made me feel so comfortable. Past chiropractors Ive been to are wisking you in and out so fast, you dont even realise you were there. At the Chicago Body Works they make you feel like your important and they are actually happy to see you (and to heal you). I asked about the massage but the Doctor Haliday wisely told me that I need to get to a point where I was no longer in acute pain first. I like that he has my real best interests at heart...I had never felt that at past chiropractor offices.

Pros: they really care about you, free parking, nice envirnment

The Chicago Body Works delivers what it promises in the reviews. The massage I received was very good by any standard and the chiropractor (Dr. Holiday?) has a firm, yet gentle touch and great knowledge. I had been seen by a physical therapist about my hip issue last winter and he couldn't hold a candle to what this chiropractor knows about the body. I have a whole new appreciation for the field. As a bonus, the clinic is very airy and beautiful. It feels like a spa, as advertised. I recommend Chicago Body Works highly.

Pros: ambience, service, parking next to building

Cons: none as of yet

i had a great massage here last week and wanted to spread the word to everyone who has had past sketchy experiences with massage. you know, the kind where you feel right back to where you were before you went for the massage in the first place. you'll get a great one here with lasting results. i haven't felt this calm and painfree in a long time. im scheduled for the next 6 weeks and may make a standing appointment. try Nena, shes the best.

Pros: free parking, good music, not rushed, aromatherapy, take insurance!

I never do this kind of thing, but I wanted to write a review to sing the praises of Nina...massage therapist extraordinaire! I haven't felt so good since in ten years at least. She hasa great touch and though I sometimes feel a little sore the next day...I always feel terrific the day after and for a long time too! Top o' the line care and really nice new office. Check it out for what ails ya!
