Refused to service me!. My girlfriend got into a car accident and the tire was flat. She drove it ON A FLAT to the Sears Auto. I said "we need a knew tire and I think it will drive." They said well we can't put a new tire on the car because it's been in an accident. They told us to go to Firestone, which is exactly what we did. Firestone replaced the tire and the car drives. It was a horrible thing that Sears did considering we drove there on a flat but I'm sure Firestone appreciates the business that Sears gives them.…

Best service ever!!!. I was shopping around for tires prices and stopped at the Sears Auto Woodfield. The guy was so helpful and he took his time explaining all of my tire choices. I had no idea about warranty's and tread patterns but the guy explained it all to me. I had a couple of tire quotes earlier that week but no other place provided such great customer service. The tires were inexpensive and the service was fast. Now every time I visit Woodfield I drop off my car for an oil change. They made a customer for life.…

Honesty and auto servicing expertise. I had a terrific experience at Sears Auto Center in Woodfield. I brought my Honda in after the dealer told me I would need to replace one of my Michelin Radials b/c a nail was too close to the ball bearing. It would have cost me close to $200. Sears Auto fixed my tire for $23. I have been driving on the tire for the past few weeks. I will now be taking all of my non-warranty business to Sears and plan to use Sears Auto after the warranty expires.…

HORRIBLE SERVICE!. The service was horrible! They did not make it easy for me to do business with them. My car was stranded with a flat and they were very uncoroperative in helping me obtain my car in order to repair my tire. I was so sick to my stomach in how they refused to help me with my needs. I am a female that just had surgery a week ago. I ended up having to purchase a fix and flat, walked in a foot of snow to my car and I literally drove 5 miles more to Firestone. At Firestone, I ended up purchasing 4 new tires for $700.00. Firestone had excellent service and took care of me in about 40 minutes.
