Just used them for Christmas

I am under the impression they go by Thorough Maids now, but I could only find this profile of theres. I used them last minute on Christmas eve, I never thought I would find a cleaner service on this short notice! I called at 9am they were there at noon. The girl that showed looked very professional and did a great JOB! When my family came on Christmas they were very impressed of my home, I never did tell them I hired a service:-)

Most expensive but, worth it!!!

They were the most expensive quote I recieved, I hired them because of the great customer care and the message they put on they're sites. I figured if someone was going to put that mush effort into a website, they would not provide a bad service. My therory was correct and I will continue to use them again and again!

Amazed

Dan Mitchell Solutions is a remarkable company that offers many services in several industries. It is so easy going through one company, rather than having my fridge covered with multi numbers. I just need 1 number 1-888-99-MITCHELL and most of my service needs are met! I have used several of the services that they offer and each time I recieve a well trained tech.. If you need a service contractor check them out, they probally do it!

I am happy with Customized Janitorial, I recommend them to anyone that needs an excellent cleaning service that does what they say they do. Dan mitchell Solutions, which I guesse owns Customized Janitorial offers alot of quality services. I have used Momac their painting company and I have had Avanced Security their security company install security cameras in my home. Each of the companies have done great! Dan Mitchell really keeps to his word on only hiring highly trained professionals.

I just had Customized Janitorial in my restaurant today. I am very pleased and impressed with the level of service! I have never found a cleaning service that the staff is trained helth department regulations. This company really cares about the consumer and that is uncommon in todays business world.

Thank you so much for the reliable service and great customer care you gave my Mother before she passed away. My mom was very sick with cancer and due to my busy schedule between taking her back and forth to the doctors to working, I had no time to help my mom with cleaning. With my father passing away 6 years ago she had no help but me! The service you provided her was very professional, the quality was worth the money and the staff was reliable and trustworthy!!! I felt very comfortable giving you guy's the keys! Mary & tracey were very kind to my mother, I was even more impressed, when they came to her funeral! The fact you guys sent flowers, shows you really go that extra mile for your customers! Thank you so much!

Higher priced than others but worth it!!!

Customized janitorial is a very thorough, realistic company. What they say they do on their website they really do. They are way more expensive than mom & pop companies but much cheaper than Merry maids or Molly maid. I recommend CJ for any of the services they offer!

• Pros: Unlike like most they do what they say! There is no false advertisment on their site!!
• Cons: I don't think they have any cons!

I had a great experience with Customized janitorial! They were fair priced (not the cheapest) but for the quality it was worth the extra few bucks. I recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable janitorial service! I have used they're other services too, I also recommend them for security camera installation & painting.

This is a billing scam. Do not hire!

had the worst service with this company and they did not follow instructions on how to clean even after I spent an hour carefully writing down what needed to be done.

Worst of all after I had cancelled their service they continued to charge me for cleaning my office because they had my credit card number and still have not given me a refund even though I explained to them that no one came to my office that day as no keys were left for them and that I had someone else clean clean it who did have access to my apartment. I will never use this service again.

Negatives: Charge $30 per man-hour. Unacceptable service. Billing fraud!
