Don't believe any of these reviews except the last one. They were all written by an employee of this company. Do you not find it ironic that they were all posted within days of each other and if you look closely, you will see that there are a few that have gaps of a few days. When you look at the dates, you realize the gaps are the weekend when no one is in the office. I suggest researching other companies before using this one !

beyond amazing!

The people at Elgin flood control were the most amazing people I've ever met. A ring at the doorbell and I noticed they were at the door. They answered so kindly and polite and quickly rushed to the scene. It was a flood in my basement! My laundry machine overflowed all over the floor and the men came down and discovered the wet mess. They cleaned it up at once and now everything is back to normal! I love them

Couldn't believe my eyes, it was my floor again!

We had a terrible flood in our living room caused by all the rain in the past weeks. Dirty mud and water were everywhere. I called them late at night finding their ad for Emergency Service in Elgin and they were still up! Then I realized that they are a 24/7 company!!! They got rid of my flood disaster right away. Thank you Flood Control

Use these guys! Friendly nice service, best in town! Mold removal at its best, they were quick, fast and it didn't make a dent in our wallets at all!

Prices = Great

Their emergency service prices were unbeatable, literally. I thought I found some good prices on the net for water removal but decided to call Flood Control as well and they competed to get me the best bang for my buck. They were so nice on the phone and scheduled me right away. I was happy to work with such nice fellows.

What a great company to deal with, I was so happy when our mold was removed. I was looking around and doing research on companies around Elgin and after reading a few reviews here i decided to go for the ol mold remediation treatment. Flood Control was great and every word of it true, I was so happy to see my walls again without mold and they were very polite

Flood Control in this corner of the earth!

I didn't think they would make it to me. I live outside Elgin and called Flood Control only to be treated very politely with the utmost respect for my sewage disaster. I told them that I haven't found a place out here in this corner of the earth that would help me get the sewage out, and they told me that they'd send some guys over to help me out the next day. Flood control was so calm and collected about the whole thing even though I was not specifically from Elgin and said that they serve a bunch of cities nationwide. They got rid of the sewage faster than a speeding bullet!

The best Water Removal service you'll ever get!

there isn't even hint of a thought in my mind that there are better companies than this one! Flood Control, amazing. They got rid of my water soo fast and my family really needed it gone. We called immediately and asked them that we needed the water out and they were so kind and got it all out with these fast pumps that they have, must have been state of the art. I was so satisfied and the guy who came was telling me about their other services. Mold remediation, flood removal, toilet overflow removal really any disaster to call them! Its so ironic because I'm so happy we had this water disaster and I met flood control!

Oh great mold remediation!

Mold is tough, I've tried even some of the best home remedies to get rid of that smell and that mold on my walls and ceiling but nothing works I tell yah...I asked around Elgin to try to find a good place and actually Flood Control came up in conversation a lot so I got there number and called them right away. They were so nice and next thing I know they are in here doing a professional job on my mold! Oh great mold remediation!

Super company!

I thought my book collection was done for, water got into my basement and flooded EVERYTHING. Flood Control not only has a basement removal service with the pumps and gadgets and everything, but they also do document drying. My book collection needed special care and Flood Control met my needs!!
