Amazing experience. This is by far the best spa I’ve been to. I normally go to chains like Mario Tricoci and Elizabeth Arden but I prefer this spa over all of them! I made my first appointment for an eyebrow wax and they were able to accommodate me right away on the same day. I have since had a mani-pedi combo package and a facial. For me, the prices are amazing and the employees are all so kind. I am hooked! This is the only place I’ll go from now on…no more spa hopping for me!…

You get what you pay for. I want to start this review by saying that I had EXTREMELY high hopes for a spa day. I had been planning my appointment for a couple weeks and really coudn't wait to be pampered. I am a mother of a toddler and 8 months pregnant. So I really am in need of some relaxation. I noticed on their site they were having a special for $119 - which included a massage, facial, pedi and mani. Because I am preggers they had to increase the price a bit and that was fine. Unfortunately for me the massage was far from relaxing. Don't get me wrong, the therapist was very nice and friendly, however, when it came to the actual massage it wasn't very good - I have had a ton of massages all over the city and this is the first time I have ever left a massage not feeling like jelly or anywhere near relaxed. On top of the massage not being up to standards, the therapist ended it 10 mins early. There is nothing more frustrating then paying $80 for a massage and not getting your full hour. Major pet peeve of mine. The facial was no better. In defense of the esthetician she decided that she did not feel comfortable giving me a full facial and that was fine, the problem was when i went to check out, they were going to charge me $45 for basically a 15 min face cleaning. Lucky for me, the receptionist was nice and took half off of the service. My last complaint was with the pedicure. I had to ask the gal to cut my nails and she did nothing to the calluses. Unfortunately I can't reach my feet so they are in dire need in addition to that she put my shoes on faster then they were able to dry so not only did i leave with my same ol' nasty callused feet but all the nail polish was messed up. Another gal was leaving at the same time as me who had the same package and since I am preggers I thought maybe i was being too critical, but she confirmed with me that she has definitely had much better and would not be going back either. I don't often give bad reviews you can look at my review history, but I couldn't help but tell my story. I am very upset, angry and frustrated that i paid $130 for the level of service I received and the worst part is, I am now going to have to go to another spa and pay much more just to get the relaxation I have been waiting for and deserve.…

BEST FACIAL EVER. This is my second time visiting Body and Soul Spa. The spa is very relaxing and has a calming atmosphere. I greatly enjoyed my facial done by Jadranka – she was very thorough and the experience was paramount. Professional service. My friend told me about Body and soul spa three weeks ago. I've been there twice already. First time for classic facial which cleaned all my blackheads, the esthetician explained everything and gave me some good tips how to maintain clean and glowing face. Second time I went for a spa pedicure. Chair massage, hot towels and foot massage followed by a detailed nail color made me feel like a princess. Now I'm only waiting for good weather to show off a new me. :)…
