violate user credit card agreement

they are not pertaining to their agreement for credit and debit cards. you have to buy 5$ worth of stuff to use it. Then they have an atm to which you pay 'pantry lane' a 3 dollar fee for! this is ridiculous and if you shop here prepare to bring cash all the time.
