pressed sandwiches, from the classic ham, pork, cheese and pickle-stuff Cubano to the braised beef ropa vieja with plantains, but it’s dinner that features lesser-known Cuban specialties such as a "Criollo" pork stew packed with garlic, onions and Caribbean spices.
